We’re always adding new updates to My Account to make managing your projects with ProtoSpace Mfg easier and faster. Whether you’re a purchaser or an engineer, these updates are designed to save you time and give you more control right at your fingertips.

Here are some recent updates that we think you’ll love.

Instant Quoter Now Accepts SolidWorks Files

We know how important it is for engineers to get accurate quotes quickly. That’s why we’ve got an Instant Quoter, so you can get a quote in seconds instead of waiting around after sending in your design.

Now, our Instant Quoter allows you to upload SolidWorks files (.SLDPRT and .SLDASM (.ZIP)) in addition to STEP and IGES files.

With this change, you can save even more time as there’s no need to convert files, instead you can upload your SolidWorks files directly to get an instant quote.

Plus, you can now also access the Instant Quoter on the Request-A-Quote page of our website too!

Download an Instant Proforma Invoice

If you need quick payment processing or pre-order documentation, we recently added the ability to instantly generate a proforma invoice for any order.

That’s right, you can access a detailed proforma invoice instantly after placing your order through My Account, making it ideal for teams needing payment approvals. You can also download and print your invoices without any delays.

Our Account Managers are always here to help, but they also love when you can save time! Now, you can skip the back-and-forth emails and instantly download a proforma invoice for any order instead.

Direct Access to W-9 Documents

Need our W-9 form for vendor tax documentation? You can now get it directly from My Account! Just log in, download and you’re all set.

This saves you the hassle of spending time searching for forms, with everything you need to handle your tax and compliance requirements in one convenient place.
